A&A Construction was formed with the idea of making professional Home Improvment available to the average customer. I strongly believe that your home is the foundation of happiness & well being. We therefore strive to make our customer's homes more functional.
Our success comes from our committment to providing outstanding service, communication and workmanship at a fair price. We believe in honest & accurate pricing to start our involvement in a project, and total client satisfaction to finish it.
A&A Construction takes on all types of work. At the present time what we are currently performing are various talents for some of Baltimore's Largest Investors. We specialize in partial to full blown rehabs. We do a an average of 150 house a year for several different investors and home owners.
A&A Construction, travels thousands of miles each and every year to view creative design ideals. Once they find the ideas, they implement them into our company to give our customers the cutting edge. Our staff members are sent all over the United States on a regualr basis to view, test and study new and improved ideas, materials and designs. Once we are convinced they will work here on the east coast, we implement those ideas and designs. That's how A&A Construction and it's customers stay ahead of everyone else!

COMPANY HISTORY
A&A Construction is a family owned and operated business. A&A was incorporated in the summer of 1985 by the owner George Anthony. George has a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance and an Associates Degree in Business. George found that he would rather be remodeling a home than using his knowledge in Corporate Finance. We have over 20 years experience in the rehab and remodeling business in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area.
George started off by buying his own properties, remodeling them and renting them out. At one time George owned over 65 houses, then one day he decided it was too much, & sold all of his houses. George then started his own Home Improvement Company with only the help of his wife and children, and they started remodeling homes for small investors in Baltimore and Washington, DC. George's business began to take off and grew larger.
He was licensed, insured, on a roll and before he knew it, he had a crew of over 25 well qualified men, 8 administrators and was working on a variety of projects. A&A Construction is now one of the largest rehab contractors in Baltimore, Maryland and still operates as a family owned business.
OUR UPCOMING T.V. SHOW
LAY IT...HAMMER IT...SCREW IT...is one of the newest creations of our company. We have recently been chosen to do a seven episode pilot for a nationally known T.V. series. In this process we are creating short films about the everyday life of our family owned and operated construction company, our workers, the day to day operations & our accomplishments! We will be mass producing this pilot for our viewers along with pilots of each and every one of our project and the process to take your home from rags to riches. We aired on the HFS Morning show with Kirk and Mark and discussed our upcoming T.V. show that will premier in 2008. Our guy's will really make you laugh and they enjoy being able to show thee public all of their tricks of the trade in flipping a property, and the horror that is really involved that's never revealed on the other reality shows. All of our videos will be available this summer and you can get your copy at your local Lowes stores!
